Produces a spray of purple flowers.
Habitat: Found in open, sunny locations, often in dry forests and chaparral regions. Tolerates poor, rocky soils and is a nitrogen-fixer, improving soil quality.
Container Growing Instructions: Seeds require scarification and 2-3 months of cold stratification. Sow in well-drained, gritty soil. Requires full sun and minimal water once established.
