SOLVE IT for Earth Day – River Trail Habitat Restoration

Join park rangers at Valley of the Rogue State Park for a morning of preserving and expanding monarch habitat. Activities will include trail cleaning and pruning and planting native milkweed for monarchs! Wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle. Light snacks provided. We will meet at the Program Area!

Join us for a day of habitat restoration on the peak of Mt. Ashland near the ski resort! The heavy equipment needed to make renovations to the Mt. Ashland ski lodge caused vegetation to be lost near the Sonnet bunny hill. Join us to help replant this hillside with native wildflowers and grasses and restore it to a more beautiful and pollinator friendly area.
